Shipment Tracking & Visibility
Microsoft Lists / SharePoint Lists were used to build a centralized shipment tracking tool and dashboard for 250+ international shipments. Instead of reconstructing shipment status from emails, spreadsheets, and individual updates, the team had a shared view of key milestones, shipment status, delivery information, contacts, documentation, and what needed attention.
Institutional Knowledge
We also used Microsoft Lists / SharePoint Lists to build a searchable institutional knowledge repository for country requirements, customs and clearance information, agents, contacts, product and HTS information, and other reusable operational knowledge. Information learned while solving one shipment could be captured and reused instead of researched again or left in someone's inbox or memory.
Together, the tools answered two critical questions: What's happening with this shipment now? And what do we already know about how to handle it?
